Our tubular vials product range includes clear and amber vials in glass types I, II and III from 0.6 to 100 ml. We produce different designs, with or without blowback, according to industry standards or to individual specifications.
The 9mm AVCS closures (C5000- and K-series) complement SureStop vials and are based on Thermo Scientific Advance Vial Closure System (AVCS), designed to overcome challenges associated with 9mm closures. It features a completely redesigned septa/cap interface that is designed to virtually eliminate septa push-through while improving sealing.
Vials are available in all capacities, materials like plastic vials or glass vials, and in a variety of colors to meet any collection, storage, or analysis need. Tailor vessels for specific media with various translucent manufacturing and different sterility options for precise test results.

Aijiren 2 mL screw top vials are constructed from from Type 1 borosilicate glass, with low metal content, to protect your sample from destabilizing or leaching. The associated 9 mm screw caps and closures come with your choice of septa constructed from either PTFE silicone or natural red rubber.

Headspace vials are made of superior quality 1st hydrolytic class glass (Type 1) and have a thicker glass wall to withstand higher temperature and internal pressure for the analysis of volatile gas in the vial’s headspace. Micro sampling vials and closures for smaller sample sizes up to 2mL Most sample vials are flat-bottomed with straight sides for stability on the bench, although dedicated vial racks can be used. Sample vials are often profiled to minimise dead volumes above the sample surface.
For use with snap caps or aluminum crimp seal closures, these high-quality 11mm amber glass vials are 2mL, 12x32mm and fit most brands of autosamplers. Made of superior quality 51A (Type 1, Class B), they meet all requirements of US, EU, JPN Pharmacopia.
