5mm nominal diameter inserts are designed to fit 8-425 screw thread vials. 6mm nominal diameter inserts are designed to fit 9-425 screw thread vials & 11mm crimp top vials. I nserts are small volume precision-formed tubes that fit into standard auto sampler vials. The inserts may be tapered or flat bottomed.
Screw-top vials also come in different sizes, with vial caps made of either aluminum for crimp seals or plastic. Amber glass vials are available in 2-60 ml volume with a screw top. Inserts work in conjunction with any autosampler and fit either standard or wide openings vials.
