Mar 11, 2019 · I would weigh a vial of water, then inject 20 40 uL injection from that vial, and weigh it again. This will tell you how much water was removed from the vial. If it is accurate, your issue lies somewhere else. If you indeed draw far too few of a volume, check the configuration of the metering head in the software.
