Closures can be simple stoppers, screw-tops, push-tops, snap-tops or crimp-tops. Tubes and vials may be supplied sterile (especially for cell culture or microbiological applications) or non-sterile for more general laboratory use. They can also be graduated with write-on patches for labelling.
Our screw top clear and amber glass vials and plastic screw top vials are available in 8mm, 9mm, 10mm, and 13mm screw threads. The most commonly used vials are 9mm, 12x32mm screw thread vials. A 12x32mm vial is also known as 1.5mL, 1.8mL, and 2.0mL vials by different manufacturers.
