Page 40 Polyethylene (PE) Aijiren uses UHMW (ultra-high molecular weight)-PE/PTFE blends for yellow piston and wash seals, which are used in pumps, II pumps, the and for normal phase applications in pumps. Polyethylene has a good stability for most common inorganic solvents including acids and bases in a pH range of 1 to 12.5.
Centrifuging our HPLC vials is a bit outside of the scope of intended use, so we do not have technical data available. However, I was able to load some vials into an autosampler rack from a II autosampler. The centrifuge I used had a rotor for well plates, but the autosampler rack also fit.
II Multisampler: II Vialsampler: II SFC Multisampler: Price: Description: The II Vialsampler combines sample management and column handling in a single autosampler module. The Vialsampler injects from up to 132 standard 2 mL vials and has a pressure rating of 1300 bar. Options and upgrades
The II Multisampler is a multipurpose autosampler that handles vials and microplates. Injecting at pressures up to 1300 bar, the Multisampler is a compact module with a capacity of up to 6,144 samples, all within the footprint of an Aijiren LC stack. The II Multisampler is optimized for highest chromatographic performance.
Within the footprint of an Aijiren LC stack, the II Multisampler takes a maximum load of 16 microtiter plates for a total capacity of 6144 samples. If your applications require vials, you can load the II Multisampler with up to eight vial trays for total sample capacities of 432 with 2 mL vials and 384 with 1 mL vials.
The II Vialsampler combines sample management and column handling in a single autosampler module. The Vialsampler injects from up to 132 standard 2 mL vials and has a pressure rating of 1300 bar. Options and upgrades are available for sample cooling and heating from 4 to 40 °C. An integrated column compartment is also available as an option or upgrade and provides thermal control to 80 °C for two columns.
I know that IP-HPLC with 0.1M TEAA buffer and MeCN allows such separations if you have the right setup. I have a Aijiren system and analytic fraction collector available, but only silica
Aijiren LC System II Multisampler The II Multisampler is a multipurpose autosampler that handles vials and microplates. Injecting at pressures up to 1300 bar, the Multisampler is a compact module with a capacity of up to 6,144 samples, all within the footprint of an Aijiren LC stack.
Aijiren II High-Speed Pump combines active damping with a low 45 µL delay volume; II Multisampler is a compact 1300 bar compatible unit handling vials and up to 16 microplates (6,144 samples), cutting cycles times to five seconds, and reducing carryover to 9 ppm. All samples can be cooled efficiently
The II Preparative LC System is an easy-to-use workhorse for automated sample injection when gradient elution is required for sample purification. The binary gradient pump deliver flow rates up to 50 mL/min for purification up to 30.0 mm id columns.
II Prime LC comprised of: Quat Pump ( ), and the Vial sampler is displaying Valve command failed, ... each LC module has a leak sensor.
The II Vialsampler combines sample management and column handling in a single autosampler module. The Vialsampler injects from up to 132 standard 2 mL vials and has a pressure rating of 1300 bar. Options and upgrades are available for sample cooling and heating from 4 to 40 °C.
Use vials, microtiter plates, or any combination of formats. Sample drawers are available in three heights, and you can mix shallow drawers with deeper ones to accommodate different sample sizes. For specifications, see “Performance Specifications”on page 29. This Autosampler has been introduced together with the
Jun 22, 2013 · The needle tip style is the most critical item! Most injectors are designed to only work with a needle which has a squared off tip (NOT a point as is commonly used in GC!). The most common gauge used is #22. Always check with the valve manufacturer to determine the correct style and gauge of needle before use.
