Hi thanks so much for the reply. I'm at my wits end really The autosampler is an Eksigent NanoLC Ultra 2D system. I made a mistake with the LC system, its an Aijiren system with 2 binary pumps coupled to a Aijiren isocratic pump.

I am trying to do CHN analysis on a bio-oil sample, but my results seem odd. My CHN results were about 10% H, 11 % C and 0% N. This would leave about 79% oxygen.
