Autosampler Vials, Caps and Closures Thermo Scientific™ 20 mm Headspace Glass Vials Headspace vials are available in clear or amber glass with a round or flat base, a crimp seal with a beveled or square edge finish, or with a screw-thread finish.
Vials are supplied without caps, or else with caps either packaged separately or ready-fitted to minimise contamination. Sample vial caps can be screw-top, friction-fit or snap closure, and made of polythene, polypropylene, black phenolic or aluminium. Caps may be lined with a rubber or a PTFE-faced septum. Tubes and vials are supplied in a range of heights, diameters, wall thicknesses, bottom shapes (round or flat), rim and closure styles in capacities from a few microlitres up to 25mL. Closures can be simple stoppers, screw-tops, push-tops, snap-tops or crimp-tops.
