1) Weigh 10 g sample into a 50 mL PP tube. 2) Add 20 mL acetonitrile/water (80/20, v/v). 3) Shake samples for 60 min on a horizontal shaker (300 rpm) then centrifuge at 2500 rpm for 5 min. 4) Dilute supernatant 1:5 with water then transfer 1 mL into an LC vial for instrumental analysis. Filtration
