Oct 07, 2019 · Centrifuging our HPLC vials is a bit outside of the scope of intended use, so we do not have technical data available. However, I was able to load some vials into an autosampler rack from a II autosampler. The centrifuge I used had a rotor for well plates, but the autosampler rack also fit.

Vials are manufactured from Type 1 borosilicate glass and have a maximum fill volume of 1.8 mL. Ideal for use with Aijiren® and autosamplers, as well as all other 12x32 mm vial format autosampler units. Certified vial kits are tested and certified to meet or exceed up to 9 critical performance parameters; certificate enclosed with kit.

Ensure that an organic solvent is flushed through the HPLC system and column at least once every 48 hours to kill unwanted microbial growth. Alternatively add a small amount of sodium azide to the aqueous solvent to inhibit growth. Note: Never allow a HPLC column or system to stand with water or buffer in it for an extended period of time.
